Nea is fortunate to have a Counseling Staff with a wide range of experience, including academic, college and social-emotional counseling--a remarkable offering for a school our size.
Special Education
At Nea, we believe in the potential of every learner and we are dedicated to each child's journey of self-discovery. Our small school environment and innovative educational model nurtures children with disabilities as full members of the community.
English Language Development
Nea's English Language Development Program combines in-class support with small group "pull-out" learning. The ELD Program works closely with all core subject facilitators to provide English instruction and support our English learners.

The Nea Board
The Nea Board is charged with academic, programmatic and budgetary planning for the school, subject to CLCS approval. The Board is composed of facilitators, parents, learners and community members, working together in the best interests of the school.
The CLCS Board
The CLCS Board of Directors provides a foundation of support, leadership, and operational expertise to ACLC and its sister school, Nea. The Board is composed of community and educational leaders as well as parents and learners from both schools.
